She is an artist, photographer and filmmaker. Since 2008 she has been working at an NGO called Vídeo nas Aldeias (VNA) [Video in the Villages], dedicated to audiovisual instruction among indigenous peoples, as a screenwriter, director and workshop tutor. She also coordinates the institution’s collection, developing projects to digitalize VNA’s image archive and make it available to the communities. Alongside Fernando Ancil she held the exhibition Feira Livre [Street Market], Centro Cultural da UFMG, Belo Horizonte (2014), and took part in the XI Recôncavo Biennial, São Félix, Brazil (2016), and the collective exhibit Collective Body, School of Fine Arts of UFMG, Belo Horizonte, Brazil (2011).
