Filmmaker, producer and television director. Lives and works in Australia. Started making films at age eleven, when he found his father’s photo camera. He moved to New Zealand as a child as his family fled the communist regime, before settling in Australia. At nineteen years of age he was accepted to the Australian Film Television and Radio School. After graduating he won several prizes for his Son of Romeo video, a parody of Shakespeare’s work set in contemporary Australia, with all characters played by the actor Chris Willems. He has also directed advertisements, institutional videos, and videos for television.
