Artist, producer, and editor. Since 2001 he has been creating interventions and interferences in the urban space, as well as conducting research related to media, race issues, and educational processes. He holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2011) and is pursuing his PhD in audiovisual media and processes from the University of São Paulo, from where he graduated in visual arts (2001). He is a founding member of the groups A Revolução Não Será Televisionada [The Revolution Will Not Be Televised], Política do Impossível [Politics of the Impossible], and Frente 3 de Fevereiro. He is part of generation that, in the early 21st century, set out to organize collectives that privilege the public dimension of the artistic work. He runs the production company and publishing house Invisíveis Produções [Invisible Productions]. He has showcased his works in the Dakar Biennale (2016) and the Havana Biennial (2012), and in the exhibitions Zona de Poesia Árida [Arid Poetry Zone], Rio Museum of Art (2015); IdeasCity, New Musem, New York (2015); Acción Urgente, Fundación Proa, Buenos Aires (2014); and in the Pan-African Exhibition of Contemporary Art, Bahia Museum of Modern Art (2005), among others. He lives in São Paulo.
