The director Fernando Meirelles revisits the early years of his productions at the company Olhar Eletrônico, in the 1980s, a time when video and the Festival were in their beginnings in Brazil. The footage featured here is a part of the 2013 season of the Videobrasil on TV series, celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Videobrasil Festival. The program will air starting on November 18.
