TV RG – 15^th VB was designed to share with the audience the thoughts and discussions that set the tone for the Festival. The idea was to amass information throughout the three weeks of the Festival, providing an overview of the first week to the audience of the second week and so on. At the end of the Festival, an overview of the program was created, including documentation of the performances; the recording and editing of three programs: Artist Meetings, Reflection Zone and Videobrasil Online; and a set of short statements from Festival participants.
