Release includes a lecture on July 10

Alonside with the solo show Estranhamente Possível in the Museum of Modern Art of Bahia, the Swiss-Brazilian duo Mauricio Dias and Walter Riedweg launches book covering the last decade of their production, which shows deep attention to issues like otherness, coexistence and social identity. The exhibition includes the work Água de chuva no mar, the result of a residency at the Museum.


For the launching, the MAM-BA promotes, on July 10, at 7PM, a talk with the artists and curator Solange Farkas, who will comment on the trajectory of the duo, which has been focused in an edition of Videobrasil Authors Collection. The meeting, open to the public, will discuss key concernings of the work of Dias and Riedweg. Check the MAM-BA website.
