Up until 8.1, the Up-and-coming - Int. Film Festival Hannover is accepting films by young people up to 27 years old with no restrictions as to theme, genre or duration. Based in Port-au-Price, Haiti, the 3rd Ghetto Biennale is looking for artwork that converses with the supposedly global, decentralized art market. All submissions are required to have been created onsite, a criterion deemed crucial in project selection, which will continue until June 23rd.
