He was the editor of the “Filme Cultura” magazine, co-screenwriter of the feature film “Rio Babilônia”, directed by Neville d’Almeida, and producer of the CDs "Cult Alf" and "Johnny Alf/Eu e a bossa", both by Johnny Alf. An expert on Brazilian cinema, he has written books that analyze national productions and the characterization of Indigenous and black characters where he emphasizes the persistence of a certain caricaturist tone, besides the repeating stereotypes.
