From 1997 to 2005 he made the trilogy Magna Opera, an experimental project combining music, painting, installation and video, and which began with the animated video El Tiempo. The second Opus, as the artist calls it, in this cycle, was the video installation Una Vez Más El Amor. In 2005 he exhibited Opus 3, El Fin del Tiempo, a series of large oil paintings of themes reminiscent of German 19th century romanticism and pre-Raphaelite art. Coming from a family of actors, he studied philosophy, literature and arts at the Lester B. Pearson College in Victoria, Canada. He worked in advertising for a long time before becoming involved in the arts. Lives and works in Lima.
