Directed by Jud Yalkut, Nam June Paik’s "video catalogue" features artwork, historical background and interviews. The title refers to a 1974 report that Paik prepared for the Rockefeller Foundation, in which he predicted much of the technological transformation of the past twenty years, and urged the creation of the Electronic Super Highway.
