In search of clues as to the relationship between art and the author, the work explores the body of an orchestra conductor in action, the movements becoming a sort of physical succedaneum for the music itself, creating swirls and lines redolent of sheet music. The project derives from the artist’s research into the process of creation and the relationship between the artist and his/her craft.
