Beirut Caoutchouc is detailed black rubber map of Beirut, and displayed on the floor, in the middle of the exhibition space. Visitors could walk on it. Visitors are allowed to walk on it. Modern Lebanon is a small republic, encompassing an area of 10,452 km2, with a population of approximately 2 million inhabitants. The capital is in the center of the country´s largest coastal region. The work was commissioned by Associação Cultural Videobrasil.
