The director Marcelo Machado recounts the beginnings of the production company Olhar Eletrônico, whose pioneering 1980s work gave voice to the common citizen, something then unheard of in Brazilian TV news programs. The footage featured here is part of the 2013 season of the Videobrasil on TV series, celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Videobrasil Festival. The program will air starting on November 18.
