During the second focus, 18th Festival: Vectors And Inflexions, guests discuss issues pertaining to the shows featured in this edition of the Festival, and the core themes of the programs Southern Panoramas and 30 years.

Curators of the Festival, of the Southern Panoramas show, and of the Public Programs outline the 18th Videobrasil's contents, including exhibits, curated programs, historical contexts, and proposals for activation and reflection. Featuring Solange O. Farkas, Eduardo de Jesus, Júlia Rebouças, Fernando Oliva and Sabrina Moura

Eduardo de Jesus (Belo Horizonte, Brazil, 1967) Curator and professor at the postgraduate program of the School of Communication and Arts at PUC-MG. He co-curated Densidade Local, at the Festival Transitio-MX in Mexico City (2008). Member of the curating board for the Southern Panoramas show.

Fernando Oliva (São Paulo, Brazil, 1971) Curator and professor. Defended his master’s dissertation on the relationships between performance and restaging. Member of the curating board for the Southern Panoramas show.

Júlia Rebouças (Aracaju, Brazil, 1984) Curator, art critic, and art researcher. She was a joint curator for the 9th Mercosur Biennial (2013) and a co-curator of the Southern Panoramas show. She has worked at Instituto Inhotim since 2007.

Sabrina Moura (Natal, Brazil, 1979) Curator, researcher and historian, she holds a master's degree in cultural project directing from the University of Paris III –Sorbonne Nouvelle. She is the Public Programs curator for the 18th Festival.

Solange O. Farkas Founder of Associação Cultural Videobrasil and curator-general of the 18th Festival. She was the director and curator-in-chief at the Bahia Art Museum from 2007 to 2010, and a guest curator at the biennials of Sharjah (United Arab Emirates) and Cerveira (Portugal) in 2011.
