From the hypothesis that culture is the way peoples manifest themselves in the world, the meeting draws parallels between subjective and communitarian perceptions in the relations between human, nature and spirituality in the Amerindian traditions in Latin America, and looks at works that dialogue with non-hegemonic discourses on the roles of individuals in society.
