The artist discusses the notion of transfiguration featured in his piece Galho, shown in the Southern Panoramas show during the 18th Festival. He tells of how he sets out to reproduce in the exhibition setting the way nature arranges space. According to him, said arrangements are found at times when reality loosens up, within its cracks, where the fantastic dwells. In his third appearance at the event, he also discusses the Festival’s conceptual changes, and its embracing of contemporary art.
