Film director and screenwriter, with a series of short films under his belt. In his works, he addresses issues of human rights and the environment, and seeks to reconstruct the fragmented history of his country. Based in Goma, in the eastern region of the Congo, he has a special interest in the illegal exploitation of mineral and forest resources in his country. His films, such as "Mulika" (2022), "Apa" (2021), "Mother Nature" (2020) and "Regard" (2018), were screened at various festivals around the world, including the Locarno Film Festival, Switzerland; Congo in Harlem, New York, USA; International Film Festival at Lleida Visual Art, Lleida, Spain; the Fashion Film Festival Milano, Italy; and the Congo International Film Festival, in Goma, where the filmmaker lives.
