Theater artist, filmmaker, performer, visual artist and professor, with a degree in theater from New York University and a master's degree in theater directing from the California Institute of the Arts. Merging theatrical performance, experimental ethnography and collaborations with non-professional performers, her work focuses on the excavation of history both imagined and documented, decentralizing canonical narratives and the primacy of written history through re-enactments and the creation of new mythologies. Her work is part of the KADIST collection, and she has also been an artist in residence at the Amant Foundation, MASS Moca, Fonderie Darling, Beta-Local and Konvent. Her works have already been featured at the Museo Cabañas, Guadalajara, Mexico (2022); Museum of Contemporary Photography, Chicago, USA (2020); Tenerife Espacio de las Artes, Canary Islands, Spain (2021); and the Seoul Museum of Art, South Korea (2019). She lives in San Juan.
