Visual artist with a degree in design from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). Depicting elements from his surroundings and everyday life, his paintings confront the natural and the human, the organic and the technical object, often resorting to materiality to reveal, in what is supposedly trivial, a visibility not reduced to the utilitarian gaze. His works were present in solo shows in Quadra, Rio de Janeiro (2021); Central Galeria, São Paulo (2019-2016); and FB Gallery, New York, USA (2012); and in group shows at Framer Framed, Amsterdam (2022); the 69th Salão de Abril, Fortaleza (2018); and Instituto Tomie Ohtake, São Paulo (2017). In 2014, he participated in Instituto Tomie Ohtake’s Prêmio EDP das Artes award, where he won first place. He lives in Rio de Janeiro.
