Filmmaker, holds a degree in History from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP). In 1990, he wrote the screenplay and directed the documentary Profissão Perigo (1990), which won a prize at the 1st Fest Rio. Since 2000 he has worked as a director of photography (DOP) for advertising films, short films and television. He was DOP for the sketches Retrato Falado and Copas de Mel, aired on Rede Globo’s Fantástico  show, and for the documentary Mulheres Olímpicas (2013), directed by Laís Bodanzky. He was director and DOP for the short film O Ser Invisível — which is part of the feature film O Mundo invisível (2011), a project by Leon Cakoff and Renata Almeida. Lives and works in São Paulo.
