In this experimental fiction constructed upon first‐hand accounts from Jewish victims of Nazi persecution, German Nationalism serves as a metaphor for universal political, social, and cultural issues. While pursuing a doctorate in Jewish studies in Krakow, where she researches the female form in the post‐Holocaust context, a student revisits Nazi settings and discusses emotional traumas with a group of survivors.
