The animation centers around some of family memories of the artist's brother incremented with those of two high-profile crimes that occurred in Taipei, the artist’s hometown: the murder of a teenager, and the strange case of the dog seen carrying a woman’s severed, disfigured head in its mouth. A popular news agency, which creates 3-D reenactments of controversial episodes, pieced together the events leading to the youth’s death, while the local police used the woman’s skull to produce a speculative pencil drawing of what she might have looked like in life.
