Documentary that summarizes the experience of TV Livre Sorocaba, the first clandestine broadcaster in Brazil. The testimony of Luis Algarra, who conceived the project, is interspersed with reports and interviews with the people on illegal TV and access to information. Inspired by the involvement of Félix Guattari with free radio stations in France, with whom he maintained contact in order to carry out the project, Algarra aimed to raise a discussion on democratization of the media at the time of opening of the military regime.
