Valdez Habanero, a Cuban television director, returns home to operate a second revolution: bring democracy to open television. With this intent, he leaves New York, taking with him a small video camera, with which he has recorded images and impressions of the country he knew so well. Valdez interviews people, with or without links with television, about the possibility of the installation of a private television and the programmes that they would broadcast.
