Eder Santos did his latest work in the Netherlands, as a resident artist in a project of the World Wide Video Festival. In the video, he explores his foreign gaze doing the reading of the rhythm and landscape of the city, and the habits that are not perceived by those who made Amsterdam their home. As in “Framed by Curtains” on Hong Kong, “Neptune’s Choice” is a poetic essay on that young and cosmopolitan city.
