During the second focus, 18th Festival: Vectors And Inflexions, guests discuss issues pertaining to the shows featured in this edition of the Festival, and the core themes of the programs Southern Panoramas and 30 years.
In contemporary times, the representation of nature takes on contours that transcend the modernist project of control. In many of the Southern Panoramas works, nature appears as a fictional field. The panel will discuss this operation as an alternative for establishing new worldviews, based at times on a mystical realm, at others on singular views, and at others yet on a critique of how surroundings are perceived.
