Coordinated by Cândido Mendes, the second debate panel featured independent videomakers, delegates from specialized and government organizations involved in audiovisual and television.
During the panel, three main topics were discussed: home video and the norms set forth by the Concine’s new legislation; access to new image transport technologies; and the issue of equipment imports, which remain extremely expensive to independent artists.
