“The Paths of TV and Video in Brazil” was a two-session debate with politicians, delegates from TV networks and channels, TV producers, filmmakers, journalists and critics, technicians and artists, organizations and trade associations.

The first session, coordinated by Cândido Mendes, tackled current legislation and future laws (concessions policy, bills, film and television), and the issue of new channels (Pay TV, TVC, UHF, cable).
