The evident development of computers as an artistic expression cannot be ignored - and only for events committed to constant up-dating, such as Videobrasil, would it be possible to offer the space and means for a public exposition of this phenomena. So, as with many international festivals, Videobrasil Cyberspace was created. It is a café with computers that offers the public free access to artistic creations on CD-Rom, disks or via Internet - a fertile field for a whole new generation of artists that have shown a positive reaction to the creative resources of the computer.
