By building a fictional narrative where North and South Korea come together in the year of 2051, the artist portrays a united, patriotic country ready to host the 2076 Olympics. Combining science fiction, absurdity, and geopolitical evidence – in a near-corporate video-like manner –, the film provides a choreography of contrasts, opposing natural landscapes and progressive architecture, the raw power and delicacy of Olympic gymnastics, and the frailties of identity that make up the modern notion of nation.
