Visual artist, performer, researcher and educator with a degree in visual arts from the Federal University of Espírito Santo, with a master's degree and doctorate in progress in visual arts from the State University of Campinas. His research investigates the relationships between body, society and subjectivities, exploring the markers that affect his body as a black man. In dialogue with his personal collections, his artistic trajectory and biography merge through performance. He participated in events such as the 11th Encuentro Internacional of the Hemispheric Institute, at New York University (NYU) (2019); p.ARTE 42, of the Brazilian Performance Art Platform (2019); and the Corpus Urbis Residency and Festival – 4th edition – Oiapoque (Amapá), held by Coletivo Tenso(A)tivo with funds from Rumos Itaú Cultural (2018). As a cultural articulator, he coordinates the Lacração Festival – LGBTI+ Art and Culture (2019, 2021) and was one of the creators of Performe-se – Performance Festival (2015, 2017), both held in Espírito Santo. He lives and works between Vitória (ES) and Campinas (SP).
