Is the author of short films like "El-Havi" (1997) and "Prêt-à-porter Imm Ali" (2003), both of which have been shown at the Clermont Ferrand Film Festival, San Francisco International Film Festival, and Hong Kong International Film Festival, among others. A graduate from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, she teaches cinema at the Lebanese American University, in Beirut.
