In two stop-motion animations, a subjective camera scans the interiors of miniature libraries built out of books. As the camera moves arbitrarily through the spaces, one witnesses the changing scenery like a passenger. The challenge is for individuals to negotiate their own level of engagement, to navigate this indefinite space. The piece speaks of the constant shift between the accessible and inaccessible, and plays out an analogy in which reading is like trying to find a way through a landscape of meanings and ideas.
