At the end of September 2000 the Psychiatric Treatment and Custody Hospital of Goiânia would be opened, thus incurring in what was seen by some as mistakes made in the past. This video records the protest of the Regional Psychology Council (9th Region), which led, on the 16th of March 2001, the State of Goiás Public Ministry, the Agency for the Prison System of Goiás and civil organisations to officialise the interruption of the building works.
