On its sixth day, Videojornal opened with a poll of the audience by Geraldo Anhaia Mello. The international guest Eli Schavran discussed video productions in Israel and its relationship with the visual arts. Still regarding independent productions, the program featured statements from Fernando Barbosa Lima, Guel Arraes and Hugo Prata. In the conference "Television and Independent Production," Renato Barbieri and Ana Skalon respectively discussed independent production and international circulation of Latin artists. The section "câmera aberta" (open camera), featured a statement from the author of Kraho - Os Filhos da terra, Paulo Baroukh. The North-South relationship was addressed by curators and producers such as Tom Van Vliet, Pierre Bongiovanni, Jill Scott and Augusto Gangorra. The parallel show highlight was the video installation The No Way Buster Project, by Dominik Barbier and Cathy Vogan.
