"Cinema Caverna (Quebrante)", Janaina Wagner's installation at the 22nd Biennial Sesc_Videobrasil, travels through the ruins of the Transamazon highway. From a cave in Rurópolis (PA), the artist narrates, from rock to rock, stories of the road, its ghosts and characters, such as Dona Erismar - who, enchanted by caves, discovered many in the region.
Janaina Wagner is the winner of the Centro Cultural do Cariri Residency Award, which offers a two-month residency at the Ceará institution.
