Festival brings highlights from Jewish cinematography

Over 40 productions addresses Jewish culture, from 7 to 12 August
The Festival de Cinema Judaico de São Paulo (São Paulo Jewish Film Festival) reaches its 16th edition this year. The show aims to bring together highlights of contemporary Jewish-themed productions.
This year, the program presents more than 40 films with different genres and approaches, from countries such as Israel, USA, Canada, Germany, France, Czech Republic, Croatia, Poland, Ukraine, Argentina and Brazil. The festival takes place at seven screening rooms: Hebrew (two rooms), Cinemark Higienópolis CineSesc, Center for Jewish Culture, Eva Herz Theatre and Museum of Image and Sound (MIS).
