The Magazine borrows its name from a famous literary publication from 1925, by the modernist group based in Belo Horizonte. The edition proposes a magazine made up of pages from art, culture and literature magazines published in Brazil between the decades of 1920 and 1990, and out of print. Based on the idea of establishing relationships between artistic works, texts and the printed media, A Revista evokes the use of magazines and their pages as a space for art, both in projects originally created for Brazilian art periodicals and in interventions designed or gifted by nine collaborators.
