A typographic and textual work explores amphibology, that is, the ambiguities that occur when a sentence takes on dubious meanings due to a lack of clarity or the use of words with multiple senses. Using expressions, words and ideas from accounts of experiences in the Polish city of Warsaw, the artist Vitor Cesar developed phrases that expose the multiplicity of perspectives, contradictions and ambiguities in the construction of perceptions about the place. The publication is part of the Anfibology, translation project, commissioned by the Videobrasil em Contexto #2 [Videobrasil in Context #2] project. Conceived as part of an artistic residency at the A-I-R Laboratory, the project resulted in this book and an installation.
