With the aim of facilitating exchange between the world’s geopolitical North and South, this edition of the festival presented works from countries in the Southern Hemisphere in the competitive exhibition, featuring artists from Latin America, Africa and Australia. The bilingual catalog features content about the participating works, curatorial texts and synopses of the conferences that were held during the festival, bringing together important names from the world of video.
