Being more and more recognized by the artistic institutions, the videoinstallation uses the electronic image technology as a basis to develop a contemporary art. The relationship between viewer and monitor changes in a given videoinstallation, as the 2-D image moves out of its plane and expands towards the outer space in order to bring up time and motion to the scenery. The presentation of the 11 videoinstallations, quite diversified among themselves, show the broad possibilities about what could be made and is a unique opportunity to know the work of internationally-renowned artists.
The videoinstallation Ações Reflexas, by Guto Citrangulo, was composed by some monitors over the lake of the SESC Pompeia, emiting widely broadcasted images of generator moments of collective catharsis. In counterpoint, other monitors showed clouds placidity defiling in the sky. Citations of the work of Plato complemented the Picture.

Ações Reflexas
Over the lake of the Sesc Fabrica Pompeia some monitors emit widely broadcast images of the generators moments of some collective catharsis. In counter-point, other monitors how clouds placidly defiling in the sky. Images that, reflected on the water surface, generate reflecting actions, waning imitations of reality or simulacrum. Citations of the works of Plato complement the picture, reminding us that the simple analysis of the visible camp drive us to error and illusion, because the opinion it presents to us is only a partial knowledge between ignorance and truth.
