Kicking off the 2014-2015 edition of Videobrasil On Tour, the winning works from the 18^th Contemporary Art Festival Sesc_Videobrasil will be on show at Sesc São Carlos (May 6 to July 13) and at Sesc Campinas (July 29 to October 5).

The Southern Panoramas competitive show’s On Tour programs have been held since the 80s and are designed to form audiences and expand the contemporary art circuit in Brazil and abroad, featuring the highlights of each Festival edition. The latest On Tour edition highlights new directions shown by the Southern Panoramas show for art from the geopolitical South of the globe. From out of a set of 106 works by 94 artists from countries in the geopolitical South (Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, South and Southeast Asia, and Oceania), the award jury of the 18th Festival’s Southern Panoramas show has selected 14 works (10 winners and 4 honorable mentions) which will travel to various locations around the world over the next 2 years.
