Under the theme Limit: Moving Images and Lots of Strangeness, the festival featured an intensive programming of videos, films, performance, lectures, meetings and seminars focusing on the connections between cinema, art and electronic media. The bilingual publication features content about the works and artists participating in this edition of the festival, texts by the curators, a critical essay by Rodrigo Novaes (Brazil) and interviews with Arthur Omar (Brazil), Carlos Adriano (Brazil), Douglas Gordon (United Kingdom), Edgard Navarro (Brazil), Kenneth Anger (USA), Marcel Odenbach (Germany) and Peter Greenaway (United Kingdom).
